One of the biggest decisions we make in our lives is our career. The importance of career development is a vast issue. This attempt by Melange Communications is to facilitate students, career seekers as well as employees of all age groups in need of upgrading their skills and competencies to meet self-actualization as well as meet organizational demands thus engaging in career development.

The Career Summit 2012 is to be held on April 7, 2012 at Spectra Convention Centre, Dhaka. We are expecting the top thought leaders of our country from both local and multi-national organizations to join us and help solve the issues regarding career development and inform the participants about personal branding as well as the importance of merging their passion to their career. Participants would be granted with knowledge on various career fields, ranging from finance, telecom, information technology, fast moving consumer goods, non-profit businesses, and entrepreneurship.

The lineup of this event includes motivational speeches and guidance through interactive sessions followed by dinner for the guests. Expected guests for the event are 200 approximately.
